A rental concierge is a licensed professional who does the legwork of finding a rental for you. Instead of scrolling listings, calling agents and hoping a home is still available, you tell the concierge what you need, and they bring you homes that fit, check the details, and guide you through the application.
At Patrick Realty Brokers the service is called the Rental Concierge. It is run by a Florida-licensed brokerage (broker license B3303070) and has three plans, one of them free.
What a rental concierge does
- Finds matches to your budget, move-in date, lease term, pets and must-haves.
- Confirms the details with listing agents, such as whether a home is still available and whether it fits your criteria.
- Tours homes with you, in person or by video if you are moving from out of town.
- Guides your application step by step, so a missing document does not cost you the home.
- Reviews lease terms with you before you sign, so the key points are clear.
The three plans and what they cost
Rental Shortlist: free
A curated list of rentals that match your criteria. Listings are current as of the date we send them. There is no charge, and it is a good way to see how the service works.
Guided Concierge: $149 one-time
Everything in the shortlist, plus availability and criteria checks with listing agents, step-by-step application guidance, in-person tours of up to 3 homes, and a lease terms review before you sign.
Full Service: $229 one-time
Everything in Guided Concierge, plus expanded search and neighborhood research, in-person tours of up to 5 homes, virtual tours if you are moving from out of town, and priority scheduling.
How it works
- Fill in the request form with your budget, areas, timeline and needs.
- For a paid plan, read and accept the written service agreement, then pay securely by card on the website. You are not charged until you accept the agreement.
- Within one business day, Patrick or our client care team calls you to confirm what you need.
- We send matching homes, schedule tours and guide you through the application.
What if I do not find a rental?
If you do not obtain a rental, you may request a refund of the fee minus a 25% non-refundable onboarding retainer. Requests must be made in writing within 30 days of accepting the service agreement. If listing information we provide directly is materially inaccurate or outdated when we present it, you can request a full refund. The complete terms are in the plan details and in the agreement you accept before you pay.
Who it is a good fit for
- Renters moving to Central Florida who cannot tour in person right away.
- Busy people who would rather not spend evenings chasing listing agents.
- First-time renters who want help with applications and lease terms.
- Anyone with a short timeline, pets, or a narrow set of areas.
Areas we tour
In-person tours cover Celebration, Davenport (including ChampionsGate and Four Corners), South Clermont, southwest Orlando, Kissimmee and Winter Garden. Virtual tours are available anywhere we can access.
