Questions
In-person tours cover our Central Florida service area: Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Windermere, Celebration, ChampionsGate, Four Corners, Davenport, Clermont, Lakeland, and Sanford. Virtual tours are available anywhere we can access.
Only after a short call to confirm we are a good fit and after you sign a written service agreement. You then pay through a secure payment link. Nothing is charged on this website.
We refund everything above 25% of your fee. If any rental information we provided was not current or accurate in a material way, we refund the full fee. In both cases, ask within 30 days of signing your service agreement.
Our role, and whether we also work with a property's landlord, is stated in your written service agreement before you pay.
